Clark County School District Facilities Master Plan project

THE OBJECTIVE: To inform the District of critical facility-use decisions while identifying and prioritizing equitable capital improvement projects. This objective also addresses the physical infrastructure and operational needs of CCSD facilities and considers educational programs, grade configurations, school sizes, and locations. Additionally, it guides strategic outreach through Community Forum meetings and Stakeholder Advisory Group engagement.

Creating campaigns that IMPACT LIVES!

Workshops and Engagement Meetings
The Facility Master Plan (FMP) process will involve a year-long series of meetings and engagement activities throughout 2025, designed to incorporate diverse stakeholder input.

Key meetings will include:

  1. District Planning Group (DPG) Composed of CCSD principals, staff, and facilities personal sessions to analyze data and develop facility options.
  2. Stakeholder Advisory Group (SAG) Composed of Students, parents, teachers, etc. meetings, where representatives from various community groups will provide feedback and help shape long-term plans. Additionally, they will attend the DPG to share feedback from the SAG.
  3. Community Forums (CF) to gather broad community input, ensuring transparency and inclusivity. The SAGs will meet regularly, with open-invitation community forums and surveys guiding decision-making at each stage. All these efforts aim to balance district needs with the voices of students, families, and the community.
