THE OBJECTIVE: Sumnu Marketing will support the City by conducting a comprehensive stakeholder assessment of the Historic Westside community, utilizing a Level of Concern Analysis, LEP Four-Factor Analysis, and up-to-date demographic data. This work will inform a deeper understanding of community needs and priorities. Sumnu will also guide the City through the Strategy, Tactics, Execution, and Planning (S.T.E.P.) framework to develop an effective and community-aligned engagement approach.
