Matt Kelly Elementary School Replacement Project
THE OBJECTIVE: Support RTC and ECOnorthwest by coordinating and enhancing the stakeholder engagement process for the scenario planning initiative. This includes reviewing invite lists, identifying potential venues, attending monthly virtual check-ins, and leading community engagement through meetings, surveys, and pop-ups. The objective is to educate participants on data-driven planning, guide community evaluation of future scenarios, manage logistics to maximize turnout, and prepare a comprehensive outreach summary for the final plan draft.
