The project team provided updates on the replacement school project, its goals, and progress made so far.

Engagement Activities
- “I See / We See” interactive activity allowed guests to write ideas on post it notes and exchange ideas with others in their groups which really increased engagement and interaction throughout the room.
- Raffles and refreshments were provided to keep attendees engaged.
- Comment cards were distributed to capture additional feedback.
