I have a great game plan.\u00a0 Why is not helping me grow revenues?\u00a0 Every year each team in the NFL set its sights on the Super Bowl.\u00a0 For one moment in time, they want to be crowned as the best.\u00a0 Small businesses have to be the best for more than a moment in time.\u00a0 We have to be the best at all times.\u00a0 So, how do we accomplish this insurmountable goal?<\/p>\n

Every year a small business owner starts with a\u00a0plan<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 If he\/she does not plan then that\u2019s the first problem.\u00a0 But simply having a plan means nothing without phenomenal\u00a0execution<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 As the quarterback (owner\/senior executive) of your company, you must take the\u00a0strategy<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0to execution to achieve the desired goals.\u00a0 Putting the right players in a position to be successful is key.\u00a0 These are commonly referred to as the\u00a0tactics<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0for the plan.<\/p>\n
