What is the expected timeline for the construction project?
- Outreach and engagement for input on the design Fall 2024 – Winter 2025

Will there be any delays in the project, and how will these be communicated to the community?
Construction is expected to run as expected, however, in the case that the project is going to be delayed we will provide communication via the website: www.sumnumarketing.com/2024/matt-kelly
Who is the contractor or construction company responsible for the project?
KME is handling the design and partnership with Core Construction
Are there any plans to involve the community in the construction process, such as site tours or informational meetings?
Yes, there are three community meetings in the plan. Between the community meetings we will have additional engagement through canvassing to keep the surround communities informed. September 19, 2024, October 22, 2024, and the next community meeting will be February 11, 2025.
How will the school keep parents and the community informed about construction progress?
Community engagement meetings, street outreach teams, websites and emails updates

Will there be community meetings to discuss the construction and address concerns?
Yes, three community meetings are planned. The next meeting will take place at Matt Kelly on February 11, 2025.
