What is the expected timeline for the construction project?

What will happen to the students during the 2026 - 2027 school year?
Matt Kelly Elementary School students will be resuming the 2026 – 2027 school year at Ruth Fyfe Elementary School, 4101 W Bonanza Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89107
Will there be any delays in the project, and how will these be communicated to the community?
- Construction is expected to run as expected, however, in the case that the project is going to be delayed we will provide communication via the website: www.sumnumarketing.com/2024/matt-kelly

Who is the contractor or construction company responsible for the project?
KME Architects is handling the design and partnership with Core Construction
Are there any plans to involve the community in the construction process, such as site tours or informational meetings?
Yes, there were three community meetings held. Between the community meetings we had additional engagement through canvasing to keep the surrounding communities informed. The community meetings were held on: September 19, 2024, October 22, 2024, and February 11, 2025. Since then, we have and continue to engage with the community through tabling at local events.
How will the school keep parents and the community informed about construction progress?
